1 .Working environment: The digital oral examination device should be able to function properly in the following conditions:

a) Ambient temperature: 5°C to 40°C;

b) Relative humidity: ≤80%;

c) Power supply voltage: 220V ± 22V, 50Hz ± 1Hz;

d) The surrounding air must not contain large amounts of dust or corrosive substances.

2. Appearance and structure

2.1 The device’s appearance should be neat, without any noticeable defects such as discoloration, damage, or scratches; plastic components of the casing should not have issues like shrinkage or poor injection molding, while metal components should be free from machining defects such as burrs.

2.2 The interior of the lens must be free of dust and any foreign objects that could interfere with its imaging function; there should be no optical defects such as light leakage.

2.3 The buttons should operate smoothly, without any sticking.

2.4 All connector fittings must be secure and reliable, allowing for easy connection and disconnection without any sticking.

2.5 Button labels should be clearly visible, as well as the device’s serial number and other markings.

3 .Performance

3.1 Image quality

The imaging quality must be good at a distance of 2–50 cm; colors should remain true without any changes, and the image should be clear without any water marks or darkness.  

The LED lighting system must produce uniform white light, with a color temperature of at least 5000K and an illuminance of at least 4000 LX. It should illuminate the surface of the object being inspected within the effective focal range, while preserving its original colors without distortion. The areas illuminated by the light should not experience excessive heat that could cause burns, and the temperature increase should not exceed 5°. The light should also be free from any fluctuations or dimming issues.  

3.3 Photography function  

The D70S and D70Plus allow the display screen to be divided into 4 sections, enabling separate photos to be taken. After taking a photo, the various control buttons can be used for taking photos, storing them, and viewing them. The D70Pro requires specialized software to take photos, which can also be used to store and edit those photos.  

3.4 All connection wires should function properly, without any issues.
